Ecoy

A refreshed brand for a growing bamboo bedding business

Brand

Experience

It's more energised with a bigger personality while maintaining the minimalist balance. The guy is wildly talented and if any of my brand owner mates need a level up in this arena, Nick is your guy!

Info

A business ahead of its brand

Ecoy makes bamboo bedding for Australian sleepers. The business had grown past its original identity: product ranges had expanded, the audience had shifted toward a more considered customer, and the brand no longer reflected where the company was going.

Identity, packaging and web

The refresh ran across identity, packaging and web. A new identity system built from the ground up, keeping what was working and letting go of what wasn’t, with a wordmark, type and colour palette that lean into the natural material without tipping into the clichés of the sustainability category.

Packaging was redesigned as a family, each product standing on its own on shelf while sitting within one system, and the web presence rebuilt to carry it all.

Built to keep going

The result is a brand that matches where Ecoy is now, not where they started, built to scale across new collections and product lines without constant patching. Work is ongoing.
