A brief that cut two ways

FLIP is a fitness rewards app: show up, log activity, earn rewards. The brief cut two ways, a brand that doesn’t sit in the predictable fitness-app aesthetic, and a product flow where the rewards loop feels earned rather than gimmicky.

Closer to lifestyle than fitness tracker

PGS led identity and product design across the platform. The brand steps away from the bright primaries and aggressive type that dominate the category, landing closer to a lifestyle product than a fitness tracker: considered type, confident colour, a tone that respects the user instead of gamifying them.

The product UI holds the same line, clean activity logging, clear reward states, and onboarding that doesn’t ask for commitment before people understand what they’re getting.

Built to grow

The system was designed to scale across the core app, partner integrations and future product surfaces as the platform grows. FLIP is now in beta.
